Before making your reservation please consider the following:
- In order to swim with dolphins, you have to visit either Xcaret Park or Xel-Há park. The cost of the entrance to any park is not included.
- Participants must arrive to the park one hour in advance of your schedule time.
- Children 4 years old and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult.
- Parents of minors (18 and younger) will be required to sign liability waivers. Minors without a signed waiver will not be permitted to attend. (Infants and children pay to participate)
- If anyone in your group have a health or physical disability which would limit their participation or require additional staff assistance, please make sure you inform our reservation staff.
- Participant must be present at the time of registration on property failure to do so will result in non refundable cancellation
- If you have a Xcaret or Xel-Ha tour reserved, we would recommend to reserve your dolphin swim after 10:00am, in order to be ontime for the check in 1 hour prior to the program schedule
