Grupo Via Delphi, is a company that impels in its interior a Culture of Social Responsibility, that announce the values of its company and has been evolving on the basis of a ethics code, it promotes the human and professional development of all its community, it supports fundamentally social, educative causes and of investigation like part of its strategy of enterprise action, respects the ecological surroundings, participates with other companies and organizations of the civil society and/or government, for the attention of social causes that have chosen.
The task of the Great Place to Work Institute consists on being active part in raising a better society by advising and helping enterprises to transform their working sites in better places Via Delphi was recognized after an evaluation and got 18th position within the best 50 places to work in Mexico. The fact means a great satisfaction since this is the first time that our company participates in this announcement achieving besides the seventh place of the best companies to work with less than 500 employees.
Confidence between managers and workers is the principal characteristic of the best places to work.
The Mexican Centre for the Philanthropy annually convenes the companies to incorporate to their business strategy a social approach. The award recognizes the companies which activity is based on politics and programs that consider causing a positive impact within the communities they operate, working beyond their legal duties fulfilling the proposed standards in the life quality, business ethic, company-community links, as well as environment care and preservation.

The National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT) welcomes Grupo Via Delphi to the National Registration of the Institutions and Technological and Scientific companies, we are the only recognized company dedicated to research on dolphins.

The Women National Institution awarded Via Delphi with the Equity Genus Model Distinctive MEG:2003, that distinguishes public and private organizations which encourage the equality of opportunities between men and women in their sites of job.

Grupo Via Delphi is also part of the data base information system about Scientific and Technological research (SIICYT) of the companies that work on this type of activities.
